Mahogany (Sky fruit) or often known by the fruit is a fruit that shows a sky beneficial to health. Most people just assume mahogany trees as a shade plant and the wood for the sake of furniture. Though there are more helpful than that, namely seeds. Unfortunately, most people often overlook mahogany seeds, even chose to throw it in the trash. Though mahogany seeds are very rich in nutrients, including: protein, flavonoids, saponins, vitamins, carbohydrates, enzymes, essential fatty acids, minerals, and many other essential nutrients.
