This small brown fruit is easily recognized by its soft velvet-like shell and distinctive sweet-sour pulp. Beyond its unique taste, Velvet Tamarind is prized for its high vitamin C content, natural antioxidants, and dietary fiber, making it a versatile ingredient in the food, herbal, and cosmetic industries.
